How to Order

Step by step ordering for each court we serve, from getting the audio to delivery.

How ordering works

1.  Send us the case name and number, the hearing date and time, the court, the portion you need, and your delivery.  2.  Get the recording from the court, or let us request it where the court sends audio to its approved transcriber.  3.  Upload the audio through our secure upload page.  4.  We confirm the page estimate and deposit, prepare and certify the transcript, and deliver it as a PDF and Word Index.

U.S. Bankruptcy Courts

File the court’s transcript request (Form AO 435 or the court’s ECF event) and name LunarScripts as the transcriber where the court lets you choose.  Courts that assign transcribers by rotation, such as the Western District of Texas, send the audio to us directly.  We contact you for the deposit, and delivery time starts once it is received.

Washington superior courts (GR 35)

Request the recording from the county clerk or court administrator, or ask the court to send it to LunarScripts as your authorized transcriptionist.  Tell us the hearing dates designated in your statement of arrangements and your filing deadline.  We prepare the verbatim report of proceedings to GR 35 and RAP 9.2 requirements and serve and file it as required.

Massachusetts Trial Court

Order through the Office of Transcription Services and name LunarScripts as your transcriber, or contact us first and we will walk you through it.  Audio comes to us from the court, and the transcript is prepared to the Trial Court’s format.

Florida, Oregon, Alaska, and beyond

Each court has its own ordering steps, and we follow them for you.  If you have the recording already, upload it and we will take it from there.  Not sure where to start?  Text or email us and we will tell you exactly what to request.
