Transcript rates per page

These rates apply to depositions, recorded statements, administrative hearings, 911 calls, body camera and interview recordings, and court proceedings ordered privately where the court does not set its own rate.  A word index is included with every transcript.

Minimum order $100 ($150 for same day).  Copies $1.10 per page for the first copy and $0.75 per page for each additional copy.  Poor or difficult audio may add $0.75 per page, and we will tell you before work begins.  Rush turnaround is subject to availability; text (404) 823‑1698 for priority handling.

Court Set Rates

When the court sets the rate

Transcripts ordered under a court’s own program are billed at that court’s schedule.  Federal bankruptcy transcripts follow the Judicial Conference maximum rates shown on our federal bankruptcy page, and state programs such as Massachusetts, Washington, Oregon, Alaska, and Florida follow their own published rates.

Enter the length of the recording and the delivery you need.  The estimate uses about 45 pages per hour of audio.  Your final cost is based on the actual page count.

What You Get

Included with every transcript

Every transcript is produced by trained human transcribers, never AI and never offshore, and personally reviewed line by line against the audio by an AAERT Certified Electronic Transcriber before delivery.  Delivery is a PDF and Word Index.  A condensed (mini) transcript is available on request at no charge.
