How to order a hearing transcript from the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Tennessee, based on the court’s published procedures.
Step by Step
Good to Know
Transcript fees follow the Judicial Conference maximum rates effective October 1, 2024: $4.40 per page for 30 day delivery, $5.10 for 14 day, $5.85 for 7 day, $6.55 for 3 day, $7.30 for next day, and $8.70 for 2 hour, with lower rates for copies.
Once a transcript is filed, it is available only for viewing at the clerk’s office for 90 days, and parties who attended the hearing are responsible for asking for any redaction of personal identifiers during that time. During that time anyone may buy a copy from the transcriber.
Redaction: a Notice of Intent within 7 days of filing, the request within 21 days, and the redacted transcript within 31 days. Audio posted on PACER is not the official record and cannot be used for an official transcript.
