LunarScripts is on the approved transcriber list maintained by the Massachusetts Office of Transcription Services and receives court assigned transcript orders through the OTS rotation.  Every transcript is prepared to the Trial Court’s Uniform Transcript Format under Administrative Directive 1-08 and certified by an AAERT Certified Electronic Transcriber.

Massachusetts work makes up a large share of what we do, so the formatting, the certification page, and the way OTS assigned orders are handled are second nature to us.

Who We Work With

Private pay, CPCS, and OTS orders

We handle all three kinds of Massachusetts transcript orders: private pay orders placed by attorneys or parties to a case, transcripts for CPCS appointed counsel and bar advocates, and orders billed through OTS.  Transcripts assigned through OTS are billed at the rates set by the Trial Court’s schedule.

What We Transcribe

Hearings, trials, and appeals

Motion hearings, plea and sentencing hearings, jury empanelment, full trials, evidentiary hearings, and transcripts prepared for the record on appeal.  Speaker identification, examination headings, and exhibit references are checked against the docket and case documents before delivery.
